Alpine is pleased to announce that the Forum Crossing Retail project is complete and ready for tenants to move in. Located at F.W. Loop 1604 and Pat Booker Rd in Universal City, Texas the metal framed, stucco and masonry building was one of many projects within the same shopping center completed by Alpine Contracting with a repeat client. Over the past couple of years Alpine was chosen for the facade renovation of the other retail strip across from this new building as well as the building pad for the Bubba's restaurant next door.
